Founded in 1649, Fiskars Group is home to a diverse collection of design-driven brands including Gerber, Iittala, Royal Copenhagen, Waterford, Wedgwood and Fiskars. With a team of close to 7,000, stretching across almost 30 countries, the group relies heavily on its IT systems working optimally to operate efficiently. So, when they needed a new Xurrent (then known as 4me) system up and running in 16 weeks, Revo rose to the challenge.
“What we also really liked about Revo was their ‘can do’ attitude’ – even when we told them they only had 16 weeks to implement. And when problems held up the project’s kick-off, the window for the project got shorter and shorter – we really were up against it, but still Revo didn’t flinch.”
UK insurance provider, Vitality, has over a million members and employs around 3,000 people. To enable them to automate and improve their processes, they needed an ESM solution that could not only support their business at that moment but also as they continued to grow. After choosing to switch to Xurrent (then known as 4me), Vitality selected Revo to guide them through a rapid, three-month implementation.

Fever-Tree, the world’s leading supplier of premium carbonated mixers, approached Revo in 2023 when their ad hoc approach to capturing, triaging and managing support desk requests was at breaking point. Revo worked with the team to implement a Xurrent service management solution to provide a more sophisticated and transparent approach to managing support requests.
“It’s probably the fastest growing system we have. Everyone wants 4me [now known as Xurrent] and every time someone sees it, they ask, ‘can we use that?’ And then that becomes another one to add to the backlog for Revo.”
SSP Group, a longstanding Revo customer, is a leading operator of food and beverage concessions around the world. With 42,000+ employees, setting up, managing, transferring, and, when necessary, closing individual IDs, usernames and passwords was a cumbersome manual task. Revo worked with the team to develop an automated approach to processing and managing the joiners, movers and leavers.
